The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized driving of vehicles that are disabled or undergoing maintenance. It features a printed warning legend and message for clear communication. The cover is specifically designed to fit over standard steering wheels for visibility. The upper half incorporates a stitched pocket for easy placement over the steering wheel, while the bottom section includes a 3/8" metal grommeted hole that accommodates a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) to secure the cover in place. The printed caution reads: "This vehicle is being serviced, do not attempt to drive."
