The kit includes a variety of lockout devices and accessories designed for shutting down equipment and machinery before maintenance or repairs, ensuring compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 safety lockout/tagout requirements. It features a durable, rugged plastic lockout box measuring 16"L x 8 3/8"W x 8"H with a carry handle and space for additional components. The kit comprises 2 lockout scissor hasps with a 1" opening, 1 StopOut® Aluma-Tag™ hasp with a 1 1/2" opening, 6 steel padlocks keyed differently (3/4" shackle), 50 labels for padlocks, and 25 HS-laminate lockout tags. Additionally, it includes 2 StopOut® circuit breaker lockouts, 25 StopOut® circuit breaker lockout tab tags, 1 StopOut® ball valve lockout for 3/8" - 1 1/4" valves, another for 1 1/2" - 2" valves, a StopOut® gate valve lockout for handles measuring 1" - 2 1/2", and one for handles measuring 2 1/2" - 5". The kit also features a magnetic label measuring 3 1/2" x 5" indicating "Danger equipment locked...".
