The Lockout/Tagout Kit features a center board that communicates the lockout safety message, designed to assist in complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147. It includes a rugged-duty aluminum backboard with a large front pocket featuring two dividers to store lockout devices for convenience and accessibility, and it has holes for wall mounting. The kit comes with six steel padlocks keyed differently with a 3/4" shackle, 25 HS-laminate lockout tags, 25 plastic ties, two StopOut® Aluma-Tag™ hasps, three lockout scissor hasps with a 1" opening, two lockout scissor hasps with a 1 1/2" opening, and 25 lockout safety booklets.
