The kit includes a durable aluminum center board that communicates the lockout safety message and assists in complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 by providing storage for lockout/tagout supplies. The board features aluminum pronged hooks for hanging padlocks and lockout hasps, along with a thick, molded clear poly pocket for holding lockout tags, making it suitable for rough environments. Designed for easy wall mounting with holes for installation, the board displays shadowed devices to quickly identify items in use or those that need to be returned to their designated hooks. The package includes six steel padlocks (keyed differently, 3/4" shackle), six steel padlocks (keyed differently, 1-1/2" shackle), 50 HS-laminate lockout tags, 50 plastic ties, one standard scissor hasp (1" opening), and one standard scissor hasp (1-1/2" opening).
