The kit includes a durable aluminum center board that effectively communicates the lockout safety message while providing storage for lockout/tagout supplies to assist in complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147. The board features aluminum pronged hooks for hanging padlocks and lockout hasps, and includes a thick, molded clear poly pocket to hold lockout tags. Designed for rough environments, it has wall mount holes for easy installation. The devices are shadowed on the board, allowing for quick identification of items in use or those that need to be returned to their designated hook location. The package includes 6 steel padlocks (keyed differently with a 3/4" shackle), 10 HS-laminate lockout tags, 10 plastic ties, as well as 1 standard scissor hasp with a 1" opening and 1 standard scissor hasp with a 1-1/2" opening.
