The trailer security kit is designed to deter unauthorized drive-off of trailers by blocking access to the emergency brake airline. It attaches to the trailer's red line connection and can be secured with a padlock, which is sold separately, to control access. The visible red, octagon-shaped device is constructed from durable plastic and features a zinc-coated steel pin for the hinge. It measures 4" L x 3" W x 2" H and is engineered to prevent slipping or loosening from tampering attempts. This easy-to-use, clam-style device fits only one way and hinges to completely cover the glad hand coupling point valve while fitting standard valves. It can be tagged with a padlock to prevent removal, and its red octagon shape over the airline connection sends a clear visual message not to hook up. The device meets compliance standards in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147.
