The kit includes a lockout device designed to secure and lockout pneumatic equipment, preventing it from being connected to an air source. It features seven openings ranging from 9/32" to 1/2" in diameter, accommodating most male and female pneumatic ends. The device is constructed from two polycarbonate halves connected with a steel hinge pin for enhanced strength and durability. It can be secured with a padlock (sold separately) and is designed to prevent tampering. The overall dimensions of the device are 3.75" x 3.25" x 1.79", and the clear top allows users to see which equipment is being locked out. Made of polycarbonate for tamper resistance and durability, the device can hold several pneumatic devices simultaneously. Its red octagon shape reinforces the lockout stop status and meets the device needs in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147.
