The StopOut® Tag 'N Hang kit includes a unique tag design that fits over the special octagon-shaped tab on the inside of the StopOut® circuit breaker lockout device and hasp. The tag is secured when the device is clamped down in the locked position, ensuring that the full face of the tag is visible at all times. Each tag measures 4 1/2" x 2 1/8" and is made from durable 15-mil RP-plastic material, providing strength and longevity for safety applications.
