The safety tags, labeled as "Lockout Danger Do Not Operate," are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. Each pack contains 25 tags made from HS-laminate, measuring 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H. These tags comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements, ensuring they meet safety standards. Constructed from tear-proof 24-mil thick material, they are ideal for harsh environments and are chemical-resistant, making them suitable for dirty, greasy industrial settings. The matte surface is scratch-resistant, yet provides a writable area, while the waterproof tags make them effective in extreme weather conditions. Each tag features a 3/8" hole reinforced by a pull-proof metal grommet rated for 50-lb strength, providing durability and reliability in various applications.
