The Safety Tags, labeled "Lockout Danger Do Not Operate," are available in a pack of 25 and are made from PF-Cardstock, measuring 3-1/4" W x 5-3/4" H. These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Constructed from thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock, they contain no wood content and are durable, tear-resistant, and waterproof, ensuring they will not crack, distort, or shrink compared to traditional paper cardstock. They are suitable for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure and feature an easy-to-write-on matte surface, along with a 3/8" plain top, pull-resistant hole for attachment.
