The Safety Tags, labeled "Caution Do Not Operate," are available in a pack of 25 and made from RP-Plastic, measuring 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H. These safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Constructed from strong and durable 15-mil thick plastic suitable for industrial environments, these tags resist chemicals, tears, and abrasions while also withstanding dirt and grease. The writable surface is mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet that prevents pull-off with a strength of up to 50 lbs. Each pack contains 25 tags.
