The Safety Tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until they are resolved or hazardous operations are complete, featuring the message "Lockout Danger Locked Out Do Not Operate." Each pack includes 25 tags made from PF-Cardstock, measuring 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H. These tags are compliant with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements and are crafted from a thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock that does not contain wood. The durable material is tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink, making it superior to traditional paper cardstock. They are ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure, with an easy-to-write-on matte surface. Each tag has a 3/8" plain top with a pull-resistant hole for secure attachment.
