The Safety Tags-by-the-Roll, Danger Do Not Operate (Lockout), includes a total of 250 tags per roll, made from durable 10-mil thick PF-Cardstock, which is tear- and water-resistant. Each tag measures 3"W x 6-1/4"H and features a writable matte surface printed on both sides, providing space for signing, dating, and adding notes. The tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They can be easily separated at perforations and stored in a portable dispenser box measuring 6 5/8" x 6 5/8" x 3 5/8", which includes a 1 1/2" perforated center hole for convenient mounting. This product complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
