The Safety Tags, Danger Out of Service come in a pack of 25 and are made from RP-Plastic, measuring 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H. These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements, ensuring safety standards are met. Constructed from strong and durable 15-mil thick plastic, these tags are suitable for industrial environments, resisting chemicals, tears, and abrasions while also withstanding dirt and grease. The writable surface is mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet, allowing for pull-off strength of up to 50 lbs.
