The Safety Tags, Danger Out of Service, come in a package of 25 and are made from PF-cardstock with dimensions of 3-1/4" W x 5-3/4" H. These safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Constructed from thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock without wood content, they are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink, making them superior to traditional paper cardstock. These tags are ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure, featuring an easy-to-write-on matte surface and a 3/8" plain top with a pull-resistant hole.
