The Safety Tags, Lockout Danger Do Not Operate, come in a pack of 25 and are made from RP-Plastic, measuring 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H. These safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Made from strong and durable flexible 15-mil thick plastic, these tags are suited for industrial environments and are resistant to chemicals, tears, abrasions, dirt, and grease. The tags feature a writable surface that is mar-resistant, and each tag includes a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet to prevent pull-off, with a strength capable of withstanding up to 50 lbs.
