The safety tags for lockout procedures are designed with a "Do Not Operate" warning and are sold in packages of 25. Each tag is constructed from HS-laminate, measuring 3-1/4" in width and 5-3/4" in height. These tags serve to identify temporary hazards until they are eliminated or hazardous operations are completed, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. They are made from tear-proof 24-mil thick material, making them ideal for harsh environments, and are chemical-resistant to endure dirty, greasy industrial settings. The matte surface is scratch-resistant and easy to write on, while the waterproof design makes them suitable for extreme weather conditions. Each tag features a reinforced 3/8" hole with a pull-proof metal grommet rated for 50 lbs strength.
