The Safety Tags, Out of Service Reason, are available in a pack of 25 and are made from PF-Cardstock, measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until they are eliminated or a hazardous operation is complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. They are constructed from thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock, which contains no wood content. The tags are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink, unlike traditional paper cardstock, making them ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor exposure. Featuring an easy-to-write-on matte surface and a 3/8" plain top with a pull-resistant hole, these tags combine functionality with practicality, ensuring clear communication of safety information.
