The Safety Tags, LO DGR Locked Out Do Not Remove, come in a package of 25 and are made from RP-Plastic, measuring 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H. These safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Constructed from strong and durable, flexible 15-mil thick plastic, these tags are suitable for industrial environments, resisting chemicals, tears, and abrasions, while withstanding dirt and grease. The writable surface is mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet, which prevents pull-off with up to 50-lb strength. Each pack contains 25 tags.
