The safety tags, caution (blank), come in a package of 25 and are made from RP-Plastic with dimensions of 3-1/4" W x 5-3/4" H. These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements, ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Made from strong and durable 15-mil thick plastic, these tags are suitable for industrial environments as they resist chemicals, tears, and abrasions, and can withstand dirt and grease. The writable surface is mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet, providing pull-off strength of up to 50 lbs.
