The safety tags, caution (blank), come in a pack of 25 and are made from PF-Cardstock with dimensions of 3-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H. These safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. The tags are constructed from thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock that contains no wood content. They are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink, in contrast to traditional paper cardstock. These tags are ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure, featuring an easy-to-write-on matte surface and a 3/8" plain top with a pull-resistant hole. Each pack contains 25 tags.
