The Safety Tags, Fire Extinguisher Recharge and Maintenance Record comes in a package of 25 and is made from RP-Plastic with dimensions of 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". Designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, these tags comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Constructed from strong and durable flexible 15-mil thick plastic, they are suitable for industrial environments and resist chemicals, tears, and abrasions while also withstanding dirt and grease. The surface is writable and mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet that prevents pull-off strength up to 50 lb.
