The safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until such hazards are eliminated or hazardous operations are complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Each tag is made from thin, pliable 10-mil poly-based cardstock without wood content, featuring durable tear-resistant and waterproof properties that prevent cracking, distortion, or shrinkage compared to traditional paper cardstock. These tags are ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure, with an easy-to-write-on matte surface. Each tag includes a 3/8" plain top, pull-resistant hole, and comes in a package of 25. The dimensions of each tag are 5 3/4" x 3 1/4".
