The safety tags, packaged in a 25 per pack configuration, are designed to identify temporary hazards until they are eliminated or hazardous operations are completed, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Made from a thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock with no wood content, these tags are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink, unlike traditional paper cardstock. They are ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure, featuring an easy-to-write-on matte surface and a 3/8" plain top for a pull-resistant hole. The dimensions of each tag are 5 3/4" x 3 1/4".
