The safety tags, designed for emergency shower and eye wash test records, come in a pack of 25 and are made from RP-Plastic with dimensions of 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These safety tags are intended to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. They are constructed from strong and durable 15-mil thick plastic suitable for industrial environments, featuring resistance to chemicals, tears, and abrasions while withstanding dirt and grease. Additionally, the tags have a writable surface that is mar-resistant and include a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet to prevent pull-off, with a strength of up to 50 lb.
