The Safety Tags Inspection Record kit includes 25 safety tags made of RP-Plastic, each measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. The tags are made from strong and durable, flexible 15-mil thick plastic suitable for industrial environments, offering resistance to chemicals, tears, and abrasions, and they can withstand dirt and grease. The writable surface is mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet, capable of preventing pull-off up to 50-lb strength. The package includes 25 tags.
