The safety tags and inspection record come in a pack of 25 and are made of PF-Cardstock, measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or hazardous operations are completed, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Constructed from thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock that contains no wood content, they are durable, tear-resistant, and waterproof, ensuring they will not crack, distort, or shrink compared to traditional paper cardstock. They are ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure, featuring an easy-to-write-on matte surface and a 3/8" plain top with a pull-resistant hole.
