The Safety Tags, Emergency Shower & Eye Wash Test Record kit includes 25 tags per package, made from a thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock without wood content, measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These safety tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until they are eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. They are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink, making them preferable to traditional paper cardstock and ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor exposure. Each tag features an easy-to-write-on matte surface and a 3/8" plain top, pull-resistant hole, ensuring functionality and resilience in safety applications.
