The steering wheel cover kit is designed to prevent unauthorized use of vehicles that are disabled or undergoing maintenance. It features a reinforced vinyl cover that prominently displays a printed warning legend and message, ensuring visibility. The cover is designed to fit over standard steering wheels, with the upper half incorporating a stitched pocket for easy application. The bottom of the cover includes a 3/8" metal grommeted hole to accommodate a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock for securing the cover to the steering wheel (hasp or padlock sold separately). The cover carries a clear danger message stating: "Do not operate or move vehicle; this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel."
