The Safety Tags, labeled "OK to use," come in a package of 25 and are made from RP-Plastic with dimensions of 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements, ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Constructed from strong and durable 15-mil thick plastic, these tags are well-suited for industrial environments where they resist chemicals, tears, and abrasions, and can withstand dirt and grease. The writable surface is mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet that prevents pull-off with up to 50-lb strength.
