The steering wheel cover kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized vehicle operation during maintenance or when disabled. It features a printed warning legend and message that is easily visible, fitting over standard steering wheels. The upper half of the cover is equipped with a stitched pocket for slipping over the steering wheel, while the bottom includes a 3/8" metal grommeted hole that accommodates a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) for securing the cover. Additionally, the cover displays a bilingual warning stating, "Danger: Do not operate or move vehicle, this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel."
