The Safety Tags, "Do Not Use," come in a pack of 25 and are made of RP-Plastic, measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, ensuring compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Constructed from strong and durable 15-mil thick plastic, they are suitable for industrial environments, providing resistance to chemicals, tears, and abrasions while withstanding dirt and grease. The tags feature a writable surface that is mar-resistant and include a 3/8" top hole reinforced with a brass grommet to prevent pull-off, capable of withstanding up to 50 lb of strength.
