The Safety Tags, Cylinder Empty in Use Full (Perf), come in a pack of 25 and are constructed from durable RP-Plastic, measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazards are eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. The tags are made of strong, flexible 15-mil thick plastic suitable for industrial environments, offering resistance to chemicals, tears, and abrasions while also withstanding dirt and grease. They feature a writable surface that is mar-resistant, with a 3/8" top hole reinforced by a brass grommet to prevent pull-off strength of up to 50 lbs.
