The Safety Tags Cylinder Empty in Use Full (Perf) kit includes 25 tags per pack, each measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, and they comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Made from a thin, pliable, and flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock that contains no wood content, these tags are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink compared to traditional paper cardstock. They are suitable for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure, featuring an easy-to-write-on matte surface and a 3/8" plain top pull-resistant hole for secure attachment.
