The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized access to vehicles that are disabled or undergoing maintenance. It features a printed warning legend and message for clear communication. The cover fits over standard steering wheels, ensuring visibility, and the upper half is equipped with a stitched pocket for easy attachment to the steering wheel. Additionally, the cover has a 3/8" metal grommeted hole at the bottom, which accommodates a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately) to secure it in place. The warning message states: "Danger: do not operate or move vehicle; this cover may only be removed by authorized personnel."
