The kit includes a reinforced vinyl cover designed to prevent unauthorized operation of a vehicle that is disabled or undergoing maintenance. The cover features a printed warning legend and message, ensuring high visibility as it fits over standard steering wheels. The upper half of the cover contains a stitched pocket for easy placement over the steering wheel, while the bottom is equipped with a 3/8" metal grommeted hole to accommodate a 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (sold separately), allowing for secure attachment to the steering wheel.
