The Safety Tags, OK THS SCFLD...ERCTD to MT..., come in a package of 25 and are made from RP-Plastic, with dimensions of 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These safety tags are specifically designed to identify temporary hazards until they are eliminated or until hazardous operations are complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Constructed from strong and durable, flexible 15-mil thick plastic, these tags are suitable for industrial environments, offering resistance to chemicals, tears, and abrasions, as well as the ability to withstand dirt and grease. The writable surface is mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet to prevent pull-off, providing up to 50-lb strength.
