The Safety Tags, OK THS SCFLD...ERCTD to MT..., come in a package of 25 and are constructed from thin, pliable, flexible 10-mil poly-based cardstock that contains no wood content. Each tag measures 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" and is designed to identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete, complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. These tags are durable, tear-resistant, waterproof, and will not crack, distort, or shrink, making them superior to traditional paper cardstock, and are ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor exposure. They feature an easy-to-write-on matte surface and include a 3/8" plain top pull-resistant hole for attachment.
