The Safety Tags, Notice (Blank) come in a package of 25 and are made from RP-Plastic, measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4". These tags are designed to identify temporary hazards until they are eliminated or the hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Crafted from strong and durable 15-mil thick plastic, these tags are suitable for industrial environments and resist chemicals, tears, and abrasions while also withstanding dirt and grease. The writable surface is mar-resistant, and each tag features a 3/8" top hole with a reinforced brass grommet that can prevent pull-off strength of up to 50 lbs.
