The Guardrail Stack Pallet Kit includes 11 rails and 12 bases, featuring RZ Universal Guardrails manufactured from high strength low alloy steel (HSLA) that exceed all OSHA load requirements. All components are produced entirely in the USA. The guardrails are designed to fit competitors' bases, while the Zip Base, weighing 58 lbs., features three holes with rubber feet and nests and stacks easily for efficient storage. It offers superior resistance to impact loads and has a unique design that is 40% lighter than competitor bases, complete with toe board slots on each side and handle holes for lifting. The kit boasts a durable yellow powder coat finish and includes a four-way pallet for end loading as well as a side-loaded pallet configuration where guard rails are centered. The kit contains a reusable stack pallet, 11 bases, 12 rails, and 22 locking pins, allowing for stacking up to 3 pallets high. Tie Down Engineering provides a limited warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase, covering free repair or replacement of any defective parts in material or workmanship.
