Chem-Crest 211 is a multipurpose, heavy-duty, phosphate and caustic-free alkaline liquid cleaner designed to effectively remove a wide range of contaminants such as oils, greases, and particulate matter. This detergent is applicable in various industrial, mechanical, and maintenance cleaning operations and is freely water soluble with inhibitors to prevent flash rusting. It is safe for use on various substrates including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, steels, glass, plastics, hard rubber articles, and ceramics, provided it is used as directed. Chem-Crest 211 is typically utilized at a concentration of 3 - 10% by volume in ultrasonic applications, with normal operating temperatures ranging from 120 - 180°F, depending on the substrate material and contaminants present. The recommended rinsing water temperature is between 120 - 150°F. It effectively removes contaminants such as heavy oils, greases, tripoli, ceramic dust, lubricants, buffing and lapping compounds, fingerprints, airborne contaminants, light silicone oils, and ink markings. The product is available in cases of (4) x 1-gallon plastic bottles, as well as 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon containers, and custom bulk sizes.
