The AirWave® N95 particulate respirator features an exclusive adjustable SmartStrap®, designed for easy wear and convenience, along with easy breathing waves, ultimate FlexFit® comfort, and a Dura-Mesh® shell with an innovative easy-breathing wave design. The patented wave design increases the filter surface area, providing enhanced airflow without a valve. The FlexFit® design moves with the mouth, ensuring comfort throughout the day, while the Dura-Mesh® shell prevents collapsing due to heat and humidity. The soft cloth SmartStrap® allows the respirator to hang comfortably from the neck when not in use and is fully adjustable. This respirator is ideal for environments where unvalved respirators are preferred, offering cost savings compared to valved options due to longer wear time. It features a SoftSpun® lining for added comfort and durability, a soft foam nose cushion with a pinch-free nose bridge, and complies with heat and flame resistance requirements as per ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 section 7.11.1. Additionally, it is metal-free and 100% PVC-free®, ensuring a safe and comfortable fit.
