The complete respirator kit includes a double-molded TPE half mask, specifically the SR 900 half mask, which is an air purifying respirator (APR) made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and polypropylene (PP). This mask features two exhalation valves for very low exhalation resistance and valve covers with partitions that effectively protect the exhalation membrane against dust and paint mist. The mask's body material and pigment are approved by FDA and BGA for food contact, reducing the risk of contact allergies. It is designed with adjustable elastic head harness straps in a V-shaped loop and a large dished crown plate for a comfortable and secure fit, making it suitable for applications such as construction and painting. Additionally, the mask can be converted to a remote filter respirator by adding the SR 905 system. The kit includes one SR 900 large mask, one SR 218-6 OV filter, one SR 510 P100 filter, five SR 221 pre-filters, a pre-filter holder, a cleaning wipe (SR 5226), and an SR 368 ID tag.
