The Rivetwell DBL Rivet Boltless Shelving is designed for efficient storage with dimensions of 96W x 30D x 120H inches and offers five levels without decking, featuring a shelf capacity of 620 lbs. This innovative shelving system minimizes installation time as all components are engineered to connect securely without the need for loose fasteners. The design includes rivets that are factory attached to both left-to-right and front-to-back beams, which align with keyhole slots in the vertical posts. Once assembled, the units provide maximum strength when tapped into place using a rubber mallet. Options include single and double rivet models. Compatible decking options include Hallowell particle board or EZ-Deck decking, which are sold separately.
