The Rivetwell DBL Rivet Boltless Shelving unit measures 96W x 30D x 84H and features four levels with no decking, supporting a shelf capacity of 620 lbs. This boltless shelving is designed to maximize storage space while minimizing installation setup time, with all components engineered to attach snugly without the use of loose fasteners. The unique design incorporates rivets that are factory attached to all left-to-right and front-to-back beams, which align with keyhole slots in the vertical posts. The units are tightly assembled by tapping them into place with a rubber mallet, ensuring maximum strength. The shelving is available in both single and double rivet models and can be used with Hallowell particle board or EZ-Deck decking (double rivet only), which are sold separately.
