Rivetwell DBL Rivet Boltless Shelving is designed with dimensions of 48W x 36D x 84H and features four levels with a shelf capacity of 750 lbs. The shelving system is engineered for easy installation with components that attach securely to one another without the need for loose fasteners. The unique design incorporates factory-attached rivets on all left-to-right and front-to-back beams, which align with keyhole slots in the vertical posts. Assembly is achieved by tapping the rivets into place using a rubber mallet, ensuring maximum strength and stability. The kit does not include decking; however, Hallowell particle board or EZ-Deck decking is available for use with the double rivet model, sold separately. The shelving unit is available in tan and meets various compliance and certification standards, providing a robust storage solution for diverse applications.
