The Rivetwell DBL Rivet Boltless Shelving measures 60W x 30D x 84H and features four levels with a shelf capacity of 1200 lbs. This shelving system is designed to maximize storage space while minimizing installation setup time, as all components are engineered to attach snugly without the use of loose fasteners. The unique design includes rivets that are factory attached to all left-to-right and front-to-back beams, which align with keyhole slots in the vertical posts. Once tapped into place using a rubber mallet, the units are tightly assembled, providing maximum strength. The shelving is available in both single and double rivet models and can be used with Hallowell particle board or EZ-Deck decking (double rivet only), which are sold separately. The unit is compliant with industry standards and offers a robust solution for efficient storage.
