The Rivetwell DBL rivet boltless shelving unit measures 72W x 30D x 84H inches and features four levels with a shelf capacity of 1000 lbs. Designed for efficient space utilization and quick assembly, this shelving system incorporates a unique design with rivets that are factory attached to all left-to-right and front-to-back beams, allowing for snug connections without loose fasteners. The rivets align with keyhole slots in the vertical posts, and assembly is accomplished by tapping them into place with a rubber mallet, ensuring maximum strength. The unit is available in both single and double rivet models and can be enhanced with Hallowell particle board or EZ-Deck decking, which are sold separately.
