Accumix II is a thermostatic electric tankless water heater featuring an integrated mixing valve, designed to comply with UPC 407.3 standards for handwashing. It includes an integrated mixing valve that meets ASSE 1070 and UPC 407.3 requirements when installed correctly. This unit features active energy management with power modulating controls and microprocessor temperature control that provides thermostatic accuracy of +/-1°F at a steady flow rate. It can be mounted in any orientation and has a low activation flow rate of 0.3 GPM. The proprietary purge technology engages upon installation to help guard against dry-fire occurrences, while the diagnostic feature displays error codes. As it provides continuous hot water without any storage capacity, it is recognized as an Eemax exclusive turnkey solution and is compatible with both sensor and non-sensor faucets. The unit is factory set to 105°F, which aids in cutting energy waste, and the flow switch activates the heater only on demand, resulting in no standby heat loss. Water and time savings can be achieved by installing the unit at the point of use, eliminating long pipe runs. The installation process is simplified as only one cold or hot water line needs to be brought to the installation site, and integral compression fittings measure 3/8" for no-sweat connections, reducing installation costs and materials. There is no need for a T&P relief valve, depending on local codes, and it features a high-temperature limit switch (ECO). The warranty includes five (5) years limited on leaks and one (1) year on parts. Its compact size allows for flexible installation and suitability for ADA-compliant facilities, with applications including handwashing, lavatory sinks, and kitchen/bar/utility sinks, making it ideal for sensor or metering faucets.
