Brady® 91601 underground tape is designed to caution against buried electric lines with dimensions of 2"W x 1000'L in a black and red color scheme. This B-721 Identoline® underground warning tape effectively alerts excavation crews to the presence of buried pipes and cables, helping to prevent potential damage during digging activities. The tape features a printed legend on an APWA color-coded background for easy identification. Constructed from durable B-721 metal detectable polyester material, it incorporates subsurface graphics that protect the legend from exposure to acids, alkalis, and other soil substances. For optimal detectability, the tape should be installed manually or automatically at a depth of 4" to 6" below the surface. It boasts a tensile strength of 25 lb/in, ensuring reliability in various underground conditions.
